How shipping works

Shipping is quoted up front with the part, so the number you approve is the number you pay. Once a part leaves, you get the tracking number. Most standard parts ship by UPS, FedEx, or USPS and arrive within 3 to 7 business days after the part is sourced and confirmed. Remember that sourcing itself usually takes a day or two for hard-to-find parts, and your quote will say if a part needs longer.

Heavy parts ship by freight

Engines, transmissions, axles, and other heavy assemblies ship on a pallet with a freight carrier. Freight deliveries are curbside with a liftgate, which means the driver gets the pallet to the ground at your address, and someone needs to be present to sign. Delivering to a repair shop is often the smoothest option for engine and transmission orders, and we are glad to coordinate directly with your shop.

Inspect on arrival

Look the part over when it arrives. For freight deliveries, check the pallet before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, because that notation is what makes a freight damage claim straightforward. For any shipment, report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will take it from there.

Nebraska statewide delivery

Across Nebraska we also offer statewide delivery, from the largest cities to the small towns in between. If you are local, ask for delivery when you request your quote and we will give you the timing along with the price.

Returns and warranty terms are covered on our returns and warranty page.
