How Ordering Works
No storefront, no waiting in line. Four steps from request to delivery.
The Auto Parts Master works on a request-and-quote model. You tell us the part, we hunt it down at a fair price, and you approve the exact part, condition, and total before anything ships. Here is the whole process.
-
1. Tell us what you need
Call +1-308-380-7781 or use the part-request form. Give us the year, make, model, and the part you are after. The VIN or the part number off the old part helps us nail fitment on the first try.
-
2. We source and quote
We check our network for new, aftermarket, and inspected used options. Most quotes come back within a day; hard-to-find parts usually within a day or two. The quote spells out condition, brand, any core charge, and shipping before you commit.
-
3. You approve
Nothing moves until you say so. If you want a different brand, a used option to save money, or OEM only, say the word and we re-quote.
-
4. We ship or deliver
Parts ship nationwide by UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with freight carriers for heavy assemblies like engines and transmissions. Across Nebraska, statewide delivery is available from the largest cities to the small towns in between.
Two things make the quote faster and the fitment safer: your VIN (the 17-character number at the base of the windshield or on the driver door jamb) and a photo of the old part if you have it. Not sure what part you need at all? Describe the symptom, because diagnosing the part from the problem is half of what we do. Our guide on finding the right part walks through it.
Request a PartOrdering Questions
Do you ship parts? What about local delivery?
Both. We ship auto parts nationwide, and we offer delivery across Nebraska, from the largest cities to the small towns in between.
How do I request a part?
Tap the Call Now button at the top of the site, or use the part-request form on our Contact page. Include your vehicle's year, make, model, and the part you are after, and whether you'd like it shipped or delivered locally, so we can help you fast.
How fast will I get a quote?
Most quotes come back within a day, and harder-to-find parts usually within a day or two. The more vehicle detail you give us up front (year, make, model, engine size, and VIN if you have it), the faster we can quote accurately.
How do you make sure a used engine or transmission fits my vehicle?
We match by VIN, not by model name alone. The same model year can run different engines or transmissions depending on engine size, drivetrain, and build date, so we confirm the exact engine code or transmission tag code against your VIN before anything ships. If we confirm fit and it turns out wrong, the return is on us.
How does a used engine or transmission ship?
By LTL freight on a pallet. Freight delivers to a business address with a loading dock or forklift, to a residential address with a liftgate for an added fee, or you can pick up at the nearest freight terminal for free. We quote the freight cost up front with the part so there are no surprises.
What is a core charge?
A core charge is a deposit built into the price of certain rebuildable parts, like alternators, starters, brake calipers, and batteries. You get it back when you return your old part, which the remanufacturer rebuilds. If a part we quote carries a core charge, we tell you up front so there are no surprises.
How do I make sure the part fits my vehicle?
The safest way is to give us your VIN, the 17-character number on your dashboard or driver door jamb, because it identifies your exact engine, trim, and drivetrain. A part number off the old part works too. With either of those, fitment mistakes are rare, and we confirm compatibility before anything ships.
